How do you determine the winners? where in this world do non legal fish beat out 48″ strippers? I just want to know that one thing? I’ve submitted several fish well over the prize winners length and I am boggled and I want to know where an 8 pound stripper beats out a 48 pound stripper? Just saying

Winners are chosen by weighted-random drawing.

For example, if 1000 inches of stripers were caught in a week, and you caught 100-inches, you’d have 100 out of 1000 chances to win.

Out of commission due to neck surgery but love the pics of those blessed to be able to do the “tight line thing”
