      That’s all you need to win! Because the tournament is Catch & Release based, and prizes are based on a weighted random drawing, any sized striped bass is eligible!

    When you fish by yourself there is no one to take picture of you and your fish to submit to Striper Cup.

      Photos are not required to contain the angler in order to win weekly prizes. Fish can be on the ground, on the deck of a kayak or boat, etc. We just ask for something else in the photo that we can use to gauge the length of the bass. That can be a measuring tape, rod and reel etc.

      Whenever a winner is selected with a photo like this, we either use a pic from another week or we request a photo from the angler strictly for display use on web posts, social media, etc.

      That being said, the weekly Costa Photo Contest is a bit different. Winners are selected by committee based on the merits of the photo.
